We want you to be completely satisfied with your designer purchase; therefore, we offer a seamless 30-day return window for all unworn apparel with original tags attached. Please note that all returns must be in their original packaging to maintain the integrity of our high-end garments.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a digital Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully fold the designer top and place it back into its original protective dust bag and shipping box, ensuring all branded tags remain intact.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your receipt; once received at our studio, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
